HyperSova is a secure, end-to-end encrypted messaging application provided to employees and authorized members of organizations for internal business communication. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HyperSova is a private, end-to-end encrypted messaging application for organizations. Registration is restricted to users who have an email address on an approved corporate domain. To create an account, you must verify a valid corporate email address and a valid phone number, which we verify using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS.

By providing your phone number during registration and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive SMS one-time passcodes and account notifications from HyperSova. Consent to receive these messages is provided for account security and is not a condition of any purchase.
The Service is available only to employees and authorized members of organizations that have adopted HyperSova, who hold a valid email address on an approved corporate domain. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Your organization may provision, manage, or deactivate your access to the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service. You also agree to use the Service in accordance with your organization's policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by VICTORIA NYC I INC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
